The Drain Man (TDM) drain clearing and relining business contracted Kennovations to design and develop a custom fleet vehicle body with integrated high pressure water jetting capability for its Toyota Hilux vehicles. The resulting fleet body was designed for operational efficiency maximising access and storage capacity. Customised compartments housed and protected machinery and equipment saving time on jobs and minimising equipment damage and loss. The High Pressure Water Jetting Unit was redesigned to be more lightweight and compact, the sliding draw for the unit enables it to be positioned outside the vehicle during operation. The jetting unit can also be removed from the vehicle to facilitate servicing or replacement. Additionally Kennovations assisted TDM with operator training procedures and the establishment of routine safety and servicing inspections for the vehicles.
