POWER STATION CONTROL ROOM - Emerson Process Management
Emerson Process Management engaged Kennovations to produce 2D and 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design) images for their tender submission to redesign and retrofit an automated control room for a Queensland power station. Kennovations ensured the Main Control Room layout, workstations, control panels, information access and monitor positioning were ergonomically designed and that workstation designs considered adjustability for display screen mounting, electrical cabling, and could be manufactured and installed to budget requirements.
Kennovations produced a number of design and layout options and worked with Emerson to resolve the final design and layout through a series of 3D fly-through animations.
