Australian startup company, Strewth Snowboarding, chose Kennovations to design and develop their new product - the Strewth SLS Step-In High Performance Snowboard Bindings.

This next generation step-In snowboard binding is unique in combining the ease and speed of a step-in with the performance and feel of a traditional two strap binding due to the revolutionary design. The Strewth SLS is the only binding providing a truly automatic “hands free” step-in entry system. Step-in bindings enable snowboarders to step-in and ride without having to stop, bend or sit, to strap in before every run.

The Strewth SLS provides step-in functionality in a traditional two strap binding by using body weight to automatically close and lock the bindings and straps to a pre-set tension, with a lever to release the locking mechanism. The Strewth SLS is designed for high performance, using high grade quality and lightweight materials. The bindings are designed to prevent snow ingress from affecting performance or efficiency.
