The Product
The Trailer Stacker allows for the safe and convenient storage of up to 4 trailers in the space that 1 trailer would normally occupy. The product will free up valuable real estate and provide a dedicated space for trailers with added security from theft and vandalism. The Trailer Stacker can accommodate most trailer types and can be customized to suit a particular trailer size.
The Process
Kennards Hire approached Kennovations with the issue of overcrowded and under-utilised yard space at many of their business locations. Kennovations was granted the opportunity to explore several concept solutions and develop a working unit that met strict safety, operational and budgetary requirements. Through a process of thorough research, mechanical engineering, FEA analysis, prototyping and testing, Kennovations has been able to produce a simple, easy to install prefabricated structure utilising the very best in safe lifting equipment.
The Result
Following successful market trials in Sydney, Australia, the ‘Trailer Stacker is undergoing continual development and has been installed in Kennards Hire branches Australia wide.
