The Product
The ‘MINICON’ Concrete Saw provides a powerful and reliable diamond-blade cutting tool for the construction and hire industry. The saw has a maximum cutting depth of 110cm and is warranted for a 14-inch blade. Intelligent engineering and design ensure the ‘MINICON’ is the lightest, strongest and safest in its’ class. The saw is built to withstand the daily rigors of the construction and hire industry, and provides reliable cutting through concrete and other fabricated surfaces.
The Process
Kennovations identified an opportunity within the construction industry for a compact, lightweight and reliable petrol powered walk-behind saw. Following extensive product and market research, Kennovations entered a systematic process of 3D design, prototyping and testing based on industry feedback, before managing volume production of the saw with Australian manufacturers.
The Result
Since its inception, more than 175 petrol powered ‘MINICON’ Concrete Saws have been sold Australia wide. Worksmart Equipment Australia is now the exclusive distributor of the ‘MINICON’ Road Saw in Australia and overseas.
