The ‘SAMMY’ Floor Stripper is a world-class electric floor-stripping machine used extensively in the construction and hire industry to remove coverings such as vinyl, cork and tiles from floor surfaces. ‘SAMMY’ is solid and reliable, featuring tool-free set-up, quiet operation, and minimum ongoing maintenance.
The Process
Kennards Hire approached Kennovations with the need to replace an ageing fleet of compact floor strippers. With no suitable replacement machine available on the market, Kennovations was engaged to design, prototype, test, manufacture, assemble, and distribute a machine suited to both the needs of the market and the client.
The Result
‘SAMMY’ is fast becoming standard issue equipment for flooring tradesmen and hire companies alike with over 200 units sold Australia wide. ‘SAMMY’ has featured in various trades magazines and Worksmart Equipment Australia is now the exclusive distributor in Australia and overseas.
